A standout infielder at the University of Arizona softball, she was part of two NCAA National Championship teams (2006, 2007), competing at the highest level of collegiate athletics. Known for her consistency at the plate and high softball IQ, she developed into one of the game’s most respected competitors during her playing career.

Following her time at Arizona, Jenae went on to represent USA Softball, competing internationally from 2008–2012. Her experience on the national stage further elevated her understanding of the game and strengthened her network within elite softball circles.

Today, Jenae serves as the director of the Firecrackers Leles organization, where she leads over 150 athletes and 25+ coaches. She is deeply committed to helping players reach the collegiate level, using a relationship-driven and data-informed approach developed through her experience with recruiting platforms like NCSA and SportsRecruits. Her program emphasizes not only athletic performance, but also academic alignment, character development, and long-term success beyond softball.

In addition to running one of the premier fastpitch

programs in Northern California, Jenae co-owns Power Alley Sports, a training facility focused on skill development, fundamentals, and building confident, high-IQ players. She also plays an active role in guiding athletes through the recruiting process, working closely with college coaches and families to ensure the right fit both athletically and academically.

Jenae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in Sports Management. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Secondary Education, continuing her passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of student-athletes.

Her mission is simple: empower athletes to maximize their potential—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
